REFUGEE and HUMANITARIAN VISA:

Australia recognises international protection of refugees and has a refugee program in place as its contribution to the protection of Refugees around the world. There are different humanitarian visa categories and options for Australia. These are as follows:

  • Refugee Visa (Subclass 200)
  • In-country Special Humanitarian (Subclass 201)
  • Emergency Rescue Visa (Subclass 203)
  • Woman at Risk (Subclass 204)
